Sporting Fine Art joins Big V for season 2016


Big V Basketball is thrilled to announce that Sporting Fine Art will join the list of commercial partners for the 2016 Big V season.

Sporting Fine Art is a unique illustration business, focusing on encompassing the sporting world with their exquisite graphic designs surrounding memorabilia. 

The combination of sporting success within the Big V and the various ways one can express this success continues to widespread from more than just a medal or trophy; many are looking for outlets to provide a different aspect from the same sporting result.

Big V, in conjunction with Sporting Fine Art are looking to do just that.

Big V CEO Julie Anderson is already looking forward to a successful partnership.

“Sporting Fine Art provide unique services that capture the celebration of success in sport and we are pleased to be able to offer them an opportunity to work with us and the associations,” Anderson explained

“Sporting Fine Art will provide artistic services including team and individual illustrations, championship posters and a range of association merchandise.

“The winning teams in every division will receive a championship poster framed with an inscription and state championship teams and MVP’s will receive an illustration of their respective achievements, framed with an inscription. These products will further add value to recognising our champions and MVP’s.

“Big V will also received a 10% rebate on all products promoted by Big V. Associations will be able to purchase these products to celebrate their individual and team success captured in unique illustrations that reflect these rare moments in sport.”

Sporting Fine Art’s vision is to capture inspiring moments and portray heroes of grassroots sport. Founded in 2014 by long time sportsman and artist, Ryan Wilson continues illustrating teams and individuals to celebrate remarkable sporting moments.

An experienced artist, illustrator, graphic designer and with over ten years experience in the fashion industry, Ryan has now combined his two great passions of sport and art after a successful career in sport, spanning from grassroots to elite. 

Sporting Fine Art elevates associations to stand out from the rest through contemporary design, illustration and a premium product.

Wilson was visually upbeat when asked about Sporting Fine Art’s new partnership with Big V.

“We are very excited to partner with Big V Basketball. The competition plays a huge part in the sporting community and it deserves to be showcased,” Wilson acknowledged.

Coming from a background of football and cricket, Sporting Fine Art is excited to venture into a world of basketball, particularly with such a great standard as the Big V.”
